This is a VERY slim book that seems to focus mostly on trigger points and foam (or similar) rolling. Now, I think those are important elements in pain reduction, but a very slim book at almost $25.00 that calls itself a "Bible" on a subject should offer something to the paying reader that advances one's knowledge or practice. I would say there are far better sources for trigger point, fascial, and using "rolling" tools than this one. It is overpriced and overhyped in its (at this time) 3 - now four if this one is added - reviews. I would not recommend purchasing this book unless you are completely uninformed on the subjects mentioned and have almost $25.00 to spend on not much.

This book has helped me see another side to treating my knee pain that no doctor will ever tell you. Most doctors send you directly to physical therapy or even surgery without trying to solve the root of the problem. I’ve been doing the mobility exercises for a couple weeks now and already feel the difference. Hopefully soon I will be exercising pain free!

Exercise has been a constant part of my life. As I aged into my forties I thought that knee pain was just part of getting old, after all 40 years is 40 years of walking running jumping ect. I had come to the conclusion that joint and knee pain where going to be par for the course..... queue The Knee Pain Bible- wow was I wrong, to my great surprise, my pain was not caused by aging but by not knowing how my body works and how to properly maintain it. In this book Chris does a great job of explaining the knee in a simple and non technical way . With easy to follow instructions and a few simple tools I have been able to regain a level of confidence in my body to continue an active lifestyle. Whether your just starting your fitness journey or looking for ways to prolong it this book is a must have in your library of how your body works.

This book was a saving grace for me!!! I'm a regular Crossfitter who dealt with knee pain for as long as I could remember. But after reading this book I was able to get rid of my knee pain once and for all. I was very surprised to find out where my knee pain was coming from. My issues were caused by trigger points from all the muscle tightness I had. The book does a great job of explaining how my knee pain was the symptom, not the problem. I was able to fix my knee pain in a matter of days with the help of a foam roller, softball, and lacrosse ball. It's a quick and easy read and well worth the time if you've been dealing with pain.
